Revenue is not showing

No payments at all

• Check the key in Settings → Revenue: it needs the read permissions listed in your provider's guide.
• Check the webhook endpoint and its events in your provider's dashboard. Without webhooks, payments still arrive with the daily sync.
• Calmstats imports the last 30 days of payments when you connect; older payments aren't imported.

Payments show up but aren't attributed

The payment arrived without a visitor ID. Make sure your checkout passes window.calmstats.getVisitorId() as calmstats_visitor_id metadata; see Connect payment providers. The visitor must have visited your site with the script before paying.

Amounts look wrong

Revenue is net of refunds, and each currency is shown separately, never converted.
